Baby Formula Program
Nurture Our Future program assists families with children ages 0 - 18months of age, assisting to support formula needs as supplies permit. Parents can utilize one can of formula per week per child, if available, to be picked up from the Salvation Army Community & Family Services offices in Cobourg or Port Hope.
